Volvo Updates its Lineup for Geneva Motor Show

Volvo has released the first glimpse of the updated 2014 S60 and S80 sedans, as well as its XC60 and XC70 crossovers, which will debut at the Geneva Motor Show next month.    Volvo says in a press release that the new S60 and XC60 will be updated inside and out. Volvo Recalls 17,000 Cars for Wiring Problems

Volvo is recalling sedans and wagons from the 2012 model year for possible electrical problems. The recall applies to four models, including 2012 Volvo S60 and S80 sedans and 2012 XC60 and XC70 wagons. The wiring for the front seats may not be installed properly, so when the seat is moved, the wires could separate. “Such a separation could lead to the improper functioning of airbags and lap-belt pretensioners,” reports Autoblog. Volvo Recalls 8,400 S80 Sedans

If you own a 2007 Volvo S80, you may be part of an 8,400-vehicle recall. Volvo has red-flagged these models, which were manufactured from March 8, 2006 to May 16, 2007, for steering problems.
