2010 Ford Mustang Review
This review was written when the 2010 Ford Mustang was new.
Refreshed for 2010, the Ford Mustang boasts enhanced performance capabilities, a refined interior finish and a more aggressive look -- making it a Consumer Guide "Best Buy."
Though its platform hasn't changed, the 2010 Mustang features newly sculpted sheet metal, enhanced aerodynamics, and a more refined interior cabin. Furthermore, the GT trim is upgraded with the same 315-horsepower, 4.6-liter V8 engine previously featured in the 2009 Bullitt trim. The Detroit News reports: "Ford took the best of the previous generation and crafted an even finer machine. The austere interior has been significantly upgraded, the exterior sharpened and the powertrain judiciously tweaked to give it power and better fuel economy (Ford has not released the mileage numbers yet)."

If you're in the market for a classic American muscle car, be sure to test drive the all-new 2010 Chevy Camaro. In addition to its eye-catching retro styling, the Camaro features a 304-horsepower V6 engine and six-speed manual or automatic transmission. While its performance abilities are just about on par with the Mustang GT, many test drivers contend that it's more entertaining to drive.
If, however, you're dead set on buying a pony, consider waiting until next year. The 2011 Ford Mustang will feature more power and better fuel economy. What's more, the legendary Mustang 5.0 is back!

In step with last year's model, the Mustang will be released as both a coupe and convertible. It will also be made available in a series of trims from the base V6 to the highly-desired Shelby GT500. Whichever you choose, be sure to check for current Ford deals that may be available on a new Mustang.
